TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - For some, the day after Thanksgiving means sweating off calories after eating the traditional Thanksgiving meal. That's why one business is dubbing the day "Sweat Day."

Fitness instructors at Sweat Therapy say, with family in town, a group walk is a great way to get some exercise. They also say to try to get back to your normal work-out routine as soon as possible.

"Our hope is always that they stick with it," said Kathryn Wolter, a group fitness instructor and personal trainer. "So sometimes we have people come and they work off Thanksgiving and then we don't see them again, so we'd rather you set up a healthy life style a maybe come twice a week for the next couple of weeks instead of coming five times this week and we never see you again."
