SUWANNEE Co., Fla., (WTXL) -- A woman is facing DUI charges after ramming into the back of a car in Suwannee County.
Florida Highway Patrol said Debora Marion Malone, 54, of Live Oak, was driving South on US-129 and went through the traffic light at 70th Street. Just past the light, Malone failed to slow down when coming up to another vehicle, hitting them from behind.
Two other Live Oak residents were in the vehicle that was hit. The passenger suffered only minor injuries, and the driver was okay.
Before FHP got on scene, they said both vehicles had been moved onto a grassy shoulder on the west side facing South.
Malone faces charges of driving under the influence and careless driving.
