TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - According to Suwannee County Sheriff, Sam St. John, the fire has been contained. The fire was close to a private kennel that housed 15 German Shepards.
St. John's not there but got the info via a third party from Suwanee Fire Rescue.
Crews were able to contain the fire to around 3 acres. No dogs were injured and no structures were damaged.
There is no cause at this time how the fire started.
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Suwannee Fire Rescue is in route to a reported brush fire in the area of 164th street and 129th drive that has a dog kennel in danger.
Please try to avoid the area as fire crews and forestry are in the area working.
