TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Two men accused of violently robbing three Boardwalk at Appleyard residents in their apartment have been arrested by Tallahassee police.

The robbery reportedly happened in Sunday, December 9, at 4:46 p.m. The three victims said that they typically leave their doors unlocked.

The first man told police that three men entered the apartment and forced their way into his bedroom. He recognized two of the men; they were known to him as "Chef Dom" and "Pete." Chef Dom hit him over the head with a silver handgun and demanded his money. Though the victim was disoriented, the suspects were able to take $400, a watch worth $1500, and $200 sunglasses.

The second and third roommates say that Chef Dom, Pete, and the third suspect entered their rooms individually. Chef Dom reportedly pointed a gun at each of them., demanded money, rummaged through their belongings but didn't take anything.

The victims say that they knew Chef Dom and Pete from several parties they'd thrown at the apartment. They told police that they knew both men were in Keiser College's Culinary Arts Program.

Police were able to search the school's databases and find two suspects: Peter Charles and Dontarius Gallon.

Two of the victims were able to pick Gallon out of a lineup. One was able to pick Charles out as well.

Gallon and Charles are charged with armed robbery, burglary of a dwelling, and grand theft.
