TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Leon County murder suspect Bryon Massey is facing new charges.
Massey is now charged with sexual battery with a deadly weapon for a 2002 case.
The victim said that at the time, she was working as a prostitute and that Massey threatened to slice her throat if she didn't have sex with him. She told investigators he punched her, and threw her out of the car after raping her.
Records show DNA connected him to that 15-year-old crime.
Massey's DNA is also said to have connected him to the murder of Tiffany Nance, whose body was found in Ochlocknee River Wildlife Managment Area in January.
