TALLAHASSEE, FL (WTXL) - Police say a suspect in a sexual assault that took place at TCC's Ghazvini Center has been arrested.
The Tallahassee Police Department says the U.S. Marshals arrested Abraham Petros on Thursday in connection to the case.
The department says they were asked by the Tallahassee Community College Police Department to investigate a sexual assault that took place at the Ghazvini Center for Health Education on Tuesday.
"Through the collaboration of several Law Enforcement Agencies and the work of numerous people, this case was quickly closed. My thanks go out to the US Marshal's and The TCCPD for their assistance in this case. I would also like to extend my thoughts and prayers to the victim and her family as they try move forward with their lives," said Police Chief Michael DeLeo.
