TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXl) - One of the defendants in the murder of FSU law professor Dan Markel is expected inside a Leon County Courtroom Tuesday morning.
Sigfredo Garcia is scheduled to be arraigned on new charges of conspiracy and solicitation to commit murder.
Garcia, Katherine Magbanua and Luis Rivera are accused of shooting and killing Markel at his Betton Hills home in July 2014.
The arraignment starts at 9 a.m.
