Suspect in Berrien County Shooting Turns Himself In

NASHVILLE, Ga. (WTXL) - A suspect in Nashville, Ga. has turned himself into law enforcement after firing a gun at a man during an argument at a car repair shop.

Nashville police say 37-year-old Corey Davis was dropping his car off Sunday around 5 p.m. when he got in a fight with 39-year-old Duane Edwards.

Eye witnesses said that Edwards took out a handgun and fired several shots at Davis, who suffered four gunshot wounds as a result.

Edwards left the scene and later turned himself in to Nashville Police Department around 2:30 Monday afternoon and will be taken to the Berrien County Jail.

He's being charged with aggravated assault with intent to commit murder among other charges.
