TALLAHASSEE, FL -- The man accused of killing a 33-year old woman in Leon County in January was back in court Thursday morning.
Bryon Massey, 38, waived his arraignment while in a Leon County courtroom. Deputies say DNA from Massey matched DNA from the crime scene where Nance’s body was found.
He’s being held without bond in the Leon County Jail for the murder of Tiffany Nance.
No word on Massey’s next court date.
