TALLAHASSEE, FL -- Students are back in school and parents are at work juggling busy schedules but that doesn't mean you can't still eat healthy meals.
'Pita Pit' joined the crew this morning sharing recipes for a healthier plate including a turkey wrap in a whole wheat pita with veggie toppings of romaine lettuce, tomatoes, onions and cucumbers.
Paired with that, a veggie hummus wrap. That features hummus in a whole wheat pita with spinach, tomatoes, onions, black olives, cucumbers and tzatzki sauce.
