TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- Floridians seem to love their Mickey Mouse and Whoppers while Georgians seem to love Home Depot and high end fashion.
Finance company Direct Capital released a set of maps this week showing the most popular brands, by state, based on Google search results.
The company found the most popular brands in Florida and Georgia are:
FLORIDA
- Disney
- UPS
- Burger King
GEORGIA
- Home Depot
- Castrol
- Gucci
The company analyzed Google Trends per capita search data.
For the top brands in the nation, McDonald's took the spot in their home state of Illinois while those in Maine searched most for Amazon.com.
