TALLAHASSEE, FL -- For 18 years now, the Tallahassee Senior Center has worked to help keep senior citizen in the community healthy and active.
An upcoming event allows seniors, their caregivers, or anyone in the community interested to come and learn more on how to lead an active life.
The 18th annual Active Living Expo will feature more than 80 exhibitors, along with interactive displays, demonstrations, door prizes and more.
Health screenings will also be offered, involved eye/vision, blood pressure, balance, oral health and cholesterol.
The expo kicks off Thursday, September 15th from 5-8 p.m. and then on Friday, September 16th from 9:30-12:30 p.m.
