Our manicure expert Patricia Vernet, founder of Sage Mobile Spa, joined us for another Pinterest Party.
She showed us an easy way you can get your nails in the Valentine's spirit, with little hearts! Click the thumbnail to see how it's done.
Patricia focused on one white accent nail to do her designs.
She recommends putting a couple drops of your favorite pink or red nail polish and then dip your dotting tool or toothpick as you need more color.
Patricia started by adding a few small dots, then connecting them into a V shape. Lightly add dots until you get to the shape and size you like. Remember it's always easy to add on, so start small.
An easy way to practice before it comes to your manicure is making small polish hearts on a paper towel. That'll help you get the feel of the technique and decide how you want your hearts to look.
