TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- As the temperature rise, keeping the same skin care routine from the winter may not be the best idea.
For summer beauty, we spoke with Rebekah George for some warm weather tips.
What's the most important? --George says it's sunscreen. Bump your SPF up from 15 to 30, and remember to reapply frequently, especially after taking a dip in the pool or the beach.
In addition to a sunscreen, sun protection can also include hats and sunglasses. George says throwing on a hat when you're out running errands can make a difference.
Another way to stay summer chic is by refreshing your wardrobe with some of the season's hottest colors like turquoise and yellow. The trendy colors don't have to stay in your closet -- you can add them to your nails as well through slick polishes.
