TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- Technologically curious students came out to "Making Awesome, Tallahassee's Makerspace" on Saturday to learn to build 3D printers.
The event was hosted by a non-profit organization. It's part of four workshops held on Tallahassee Community College's campus. The group says this technology can cost thousands of dollars, but if you build it yourself, you could have your own printer for less than $500.
The next three class sessions will be held on August 30, September 6 and September 13. For more info, visit their website at www.makingawesome.org.
