TALLAHASSEE, FL. (WTXL)-- According to Tallahassee Fire Department, Police called them to a structure fire Friday around 7:13 pm.
Reports from TFD state that Tallahassee Police had notices smoke coming from the eaves of a house at 2601 West Tharpe Street when they called the fire in. Units were able to extinguish the flames before it spread to the rest of the abandoned home.
Damage from the fire is estimated at 10,000 dollars and the cause is under investigation. No injuries were reported.
