Arcadia, FL (WWSB) - The State Attorney's office announced this week they will seek the death penalty for an Arcadia woman who allegedly set her boyfriends house on fire killing his 3 grandchildren.
49-Year-Old Marian Williams was charged back in March with 3 counts of homicide and arson.
According to police, two adults and three children were inside the house at the time of the fire. The three children, ages 4, 8 and 10, were found dead in the home.
The two adults were able to get out of the burning building.
Williams is scheduled to be arraigned on Monday.
