SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - Florida Governor Rick Scott has declared a state of emergency in 31 counties.
This orders gives state organizations the flexibility to work with local governments during the storm response.
The Florida National Guard is now on stand-by. So far, no evacuations have been ordered.
