South Georgia, Alabama burglaries believed to be connected

(WTXL) - Two burglaries that happened some 50 miles away from one another are believed to be connected.

Authorities in south Georgia are connecting thieves there to a crime in Alabama.

In south Georgia an investigation continues into a burglary at the Ag-Pro Company in Bainbridge on November 29.

Authorities believe these people stole commercial lawn mowers, utility vehicles and trailers.

This Thursday morning, there's news of another burglary, this time some 50 miles away in Dothan, Alabama.

Authorities tell us that the Sun South business in Dothan was broken into December 6. Theives stole lawmowers there, too.

If you know anything, you're asked to call police. There is a $10,000 reward for information leading to an arrest.
