ZEPHYRHILLS, Fla. (AP) — Autopsies show that two Icelandic skydivers died from blunt trauma during a jump last weekend.

Pasco County's medical examiner released the report Friday, though the toxicology report wasn't yet complete.

Deputies found the bodies of 41-year-old Orvar Arnarson and 25-year-old Andrimar Pordarson last Saturday after the two didn't return from a jump with a group. Officials searched for hours by air and ground near the Zephyrhills facility, about 30 miles northeast of Tampa.

The men jumped separately, not in tandem, and video taken from a helmet camera showed Arnarson, an instructor, trying to pull Pordarson's release cord in the moments before they died.

The two men had successfully completed two jumps earlier that day. The victims were in a skydiving group from Iceland that travels to Florida annually.
