WILLIAMSON COUNTY, TX (KXXV) - The Williamson County Sheriff is warning parents of an app that could leave their children vulnerable.

Sheriff Robert Chody warned parents of an app called "Live.Me" which is a live broadcasting app.

"Pedophiles have a virtual open window to your child's bedroom," said Chody.

The sheriff also discussed the use of other apps, such as Kik, a texting app; Monkey, a live chat app; WeChat, a messaging app; and GroupMe, a group chat app.
