TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - You may have driven around town and seen old political ads still up.
If folks have any concerns, they can call the Leon County Supervisor of Elections.
There is a statue in place that says signs can only be up for 30 days after the election.
However this only affects public property. If it's privately owned land that person can have a political sign up as long as they want.
For billboards a different statue is in place. Unless someone else buys the billboard space, the political sign will remain.
