TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - As you're thinking about your New Year's Resolutions this year, maybe think about setting some as a family this year.
Family therapist Jane Marks said it's a good idea to set resolutions to spend quality time with your family this year.
She said don't make big resolutions because those tend to get abandoned in a few months.
Instead, start small, like spending a few minutes of quality time together.
"The biggest resolution is to spend family time together, exercise together, making healthy choices, making goals together, making projects together. It is focus family time," said Marks.
