(WTXL) - A celebration of life service has been set for Paul Hoover, a Wakulla County Sheriff's Office bailiff and track coach for Wakulla County High School.

Hoover was killed in a hit-and-run crash this week after being hit by a car while jogging along Springhill Road.

A Celebration of Life Service will be held Saturday, May 27, 2017, 11 a.m. at Wakulla High School Gymnasium.

In lieu of flowers donations may be made to Wakulla High School Cross Country Track Booster Club, 3237 Coastal Highway, Crawfordville, FL 32327/850-926-7125.

A GoFundMe account has also been set up to benefit the young men and women participating in Wakulla High School’s Cross Country and Track teams. You can donate here.

You can find Hoover's complete obituary here.
