JACKSON COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Troopers said that a semi-truck's load flipped over and spilled onto a road in Jackson County.
The Florida Highway Patrol said that around 2 p.m. on Monday, 49-year-old Oscar Mejia was driving his semi-truck southbound on U.S. 231 when he began to turn onto Dilmore Road.
During the turn, the semi's load shifted due to it being improperly secured.
