MIDWAY, Fla. (WTXL) - Second Cup is bringing Latin flavor this Tuesday morning.

WTXL ABC Sunrise Anchor Malcolm Hornsby was joined by Geno Arroyo, co-owner of the El Criollo Grill food truck with Nany Rosado-Vilchez.

Arroyo spoke about a traditional Puerto Rican holiday dish served in the fall.

He and co-owner Rosado-Vilchez have a food truck, but unfortunately it has had to go in the shop for repairs.

Since he was a child, Arroyo, a native Puerto Rican, has dreamed of owning a food service business, then came the Food Truck "El Criollo Grill."

As a U.S. Marine, Arroyo travelled the world and tasted many different types of cuisine.

As a truck driver for more than 20 years, he drove all over the United States and tasted Latin Food.

Bit he never found a real Puerto Rican cuisine outside of Puerto Rico until he met his life long companion, Rosado-Vilchez, also a native Puerto Rican.

Since her childhood she would always cook with her parents.

She pursued to work in five-star hotels in the hospitality industry, learning from the top notch Puerto Rican cuisine chefs who specialized in Latin food.
