TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) -- A search warrant is being served for synthetic marijuana according at Bill’s Mini Mart and Time Saver Convenience Store on Old Bainbridge Road.
Both stores are accused of selling synthetic marijuana over the counter in a discreet manner.
Employees at both of these businesses are expected to face charges.
The Tallahassee Police Department, Leon County Sheriff Office, Florida Department of Law Enforcement and Florida’s Alcohol Beverage and Tobacco are investigating.
