TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Tuesday marks two years since a gunman walked into a gay nightclub in orlando murdering 49 people.
Florida Gov. Rick Scott proclaimed Tuesday as Pulse Remembrance Day and is directing all state flags to be lowered to half-staff from sunrise to sunset.
Scott is also asking all Floridians to pause for a moment of silence at 9 a.m. to recognize the lives lost.
