TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Meet today's Leon County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officer of the Day: Deputy Nick Tozzi.
Deputy Tozzi is being recognized for his work at Fort Braden Elementary School.
The Chicago native has worked in law enforcement for seven years and says he was inspired to go into the field because he wanted to make "a positive contribution to society."
Deputy Tozzi says that he enjoys visiting beaches, hiking trails, and other outdoor activities when he's not busy helping students make good decisions.
