TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Meet today's Leon County Sheriff's Office School Resource Officer of the Day: Deputy Cecelia Crego.
Crego, who has 4.5 years in law enforcement, is recognized for her work at Lively Tech, ACE, Astoria Park and Canopy Oaks Elementary on Monday, Sept. 25, 2017.
She went into law enforcement because "I wanted to make a difference in our
community," she said.
Off duty, the Melbourne, FL, native enjoys spending time with family and friends.
Had she not gone into law enforcement, this fan of Batman says she would like to have been a plastic surgeon.
Her favorite school subject was physical education, and her favorite color is black.
