TALLAHASSEE, Fla (WTXL)—Satan worshipers showed up today at the Capitol to voice their support of Florida Governor Rick Scott and State Bill 98. The group of Satanist believes that all students have a right to support anything they believe. The bill allows inspirational messages to be given by students at school. The Satan worshipers wants to make sure that if inspirational messages are allowed in schools that all religions will be welcome, not just Christianity.
David Guyan, agrees with Satanists and said, “If Rick Scott is going to sign a law allowing people to pray in school that should be open for every group to do so. Jews, Muslims, Wiccas, and Satanists. I think it’s always important to rattle the laws and see what happens. These laws are not made for one group, but for many.”
There were seven people at the rally in support.
