SARASOTA, FL (WWSB) - A Sarasota man is having a good week after winning a $1 Million jackpot...for the second time.
Lubomir Richvalsky, 60, recently won the prize from the $10,000,000 World Class Cash Scratch-off game he purchased from Publix, located at 8409 Tamiami Trail South in Sarasota.
In 2014, Richvalsky also bought a winning scratch-off worth $1 million at the Sun Glo One Stop also on South Tamiami Trail.
The lucky resident chose to receive his 2018 winnings as a one-time, lump-sum payment of $748,000.
