TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL)-- The Royce Lovett Band is the winner of the 2013 Tallahassee Music Festival.
Three bands competed for a chance to play at our Tallahassee New Year's Eve Party. The Royce Lovett Band will open for the Tobacco Road Band and the Little River Band.
Community leaders were the judges for the event. WTXL ABC27 was a sponsor for the event. News anchor Rahman Johnson emceed the competition.
