TALLAHASSEE, FLA. (WTXL) - The "You Care" online fundraising campaign for the FSU student, paralyzed after the shooting at Strozier library last month, has almost reached its goal.
According to the page, about 58 days remain for the campaign...and nearly 180,000 dollars has already been raised.
The page was created about a week and half ago by one of Ronny's friends. Its original goal was 100-thousand dollars to help the family with medical expenses, but that was quickly reached.
During the shooting, Ronny sustained a serious injury to his spinal cord, paralyzing him from the waist down.
