VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - We're looking into reports of an armed robbery near Valdosta State University's Campus.
According to a spokesperson for VSU, Campus police responded to a report of a female student who said she was robbed by two men at gunpoint on Saturday. The incident happened in front of Bazemore-Hyder stadium.
The victim was approached by two males on a bicycle. One showed a gun and then took her purse. Valdosta Police are still searching for the suspects.
