COLUMBUS, Ga. (AP) — An employee of an adult entertainment club in Columbus told police that two robbers made off with $10,000 when they snatched a briefcase from her after work.
The 55-year-old woman said the suspects darted at her from behind a large tree as she was unlocking the door to her residence shortly after 3 a.m. Tuesday, after work at the Foxy Lady.
Police say one suspect tore the briefcase away from the woman and ran off. The Columbus Ledger-Enquirer reports (http://bit.ly/1d5kEV8) that the magazine in one of the suspect's 9mm Glock handgun jostled onto the ground as the suspects sprinted away.
