TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Roads are blocked after a car crashed into a Leon County school bus Tuesday afternoon.
According to the Tallahassee Police Department, the crash happened on Bronough and Madison streets around 3 p.m. and have shut down the roads completely. Gaines and Duval streets are also closed down due to the crash.
A Leon County Schools spokesperson confirmed that bus 1018 was hit by a car.
There were two kids on board at the time. They were uninjured.
The bus driver has been transported to the hospital for a medical evaluation. The children have been transported to another bus to continue their normal route home.
There's no word on the condition of the driver who crashed into the school bus.
