TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Hermine left Tallahassee powerless for days including some neighborhoods for up to a week.
We were here on Scenic Road last year where we saw several trees on homes and blocking streets.
The neighborhood looks completely different than it did last year.
There were trees in the roads, the biggest ones crashing into homes and downing power lines. Very few residents actually stuck around as each day passed with no electricity.
Home after home, you'd see some sort of debris. As with many neighborhoods, residents waited for crews to clean it up.
Others took matters into their own hands, whipping out chainsaws to cut up trees that were in the way.
