One local organization is hoping to help parents in need while keeping children healthy.
Tomica Smith joined us in studio with details on the 5th annual Benefit for Healthy Babies.
The Benefit for Healthy Babies fundraiser will be held on Thursday, May 10 from 5:30 p.m. to 9 p.m. at the FSU Alumni Center.
Tickets are $75 per person. The event we will also feature live entertainment from the Jazz Etcetra.
This year the fundraiser is honoring Dr. Fran T. Close with Florida A&M University's Behavioral Science and Health Education in the Institute of Public Health in the College of Pharmacy and Pharmaceutical Sciences and Tallahassee Memorial Healthcare Women's Pavilion.
