TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - People in Gadsden County enjoyed the music, art, and food in historic downtown Quincy on Saturday.
The theme of this year's Quincy Fest is the 20th anniversary of Quincy's designation as an all-america city. The festival aims to highlight the historic city, as well as showcase downtown business.
The Florida Small Business Development Center at Florida A&M University was also on site offering consulting services and technical assistance to small business owners.
