TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Over in Madison County, community members also giving back on Thanksgiving.
Local residents at the Madison County Senior Center were handing out food Thursday to those who stopped by.
Anyone that wanted to eat could come in and grab a plate.
Later on in the day, they even went out into the community and handed out what was left to any locals that wanted a bite.
Pastor Timmy Dyke of the Pine Grove Missionary Baptist Church heads up the effort each year.
Church-goers said they have been doing this since 2011.
