LIBERTY COUNTY, Fla. (WTXL) - Florida Power Lights is reporting that people are going door-to-door to customers, posing as utility workers.
The Liberty County Sheriff's Office shared a post from Talquin Electric Cooperative saying that FPL is reporting the robberies. They say as customers open their doors, they are robbed at gunpoint:
Talquin Electric is reminding customers that Talquin employees, contractors, and mutual aid crews DO NOT go into homes and DO NOT ask for any type of personal information.
