(CNN) -- There is equality in Pharmacy, according to research by Harvard economists.
The study shows it's the most equal job for men and women. Pharmacy is a fast-growing profession, offering a six-figure salary to workers -- and that pay is nearly equal between both genders. Women make up slightly more than 50 percent of all full-time pharmacists, according to 2011 Census data. Once you factor in part-timers, women make up around 55 percent of the profession.
Full-time female pharmacists earned a median salary of $111,000 last year. That's about 92 cents to the dollar of their male counterparts.
There is a small pay gap, but the report attributes that to some men working longer hours -- not discrimination.
