VALDOSTA, Ga. (WTXL) - Remains found last week in valdosta are in fact human.
The Valdosta Police Department began an investigation on July 27 after the neighbors reported smelling a foul odor on Charlton street.
As this investigation continues, it may take several weeks or months until an identification is made.
Police said they will be investigating this as a homicide.
