JACKSON COUNTY, FL (WTXL) - A registered sex offender was arrested in Jackson County Tuesday for failing to tell authorities he just moved to the area from Arkansas.
Daniel Hayes was taken into custody after deputies got a tip the 28-year-old did not register his new address, when he moved to Jackson County two years ago.
He's charged with failing to register as a sex offender and is being held for Arkansas authorities.
