TALLAHASSEE, Fla. (WTXL) - Halloween is only a week away, and the spooky festivities are already kicking off.
The 3rd Annual Perky Petz Halloween Yappy Hour was Wednesday night benefiting The Refuge House, which provides direct services to victims of domestic violence and sexual assault.
Raffles included tickets to the Florida State University and Clemson game.
