TALLAHASSEE, Fla. -- Noted sociologist Michale Eric Dyson is scheduled to speak at Florida State University on Tuesday, February 19 at 2 p.m.
Dyson's lecture, dubbed "Black and Brilliant," will begin the university's Black History Month Speaker Series.
Dyson is the author of 18 books that deal with various aspects of black culture. He is the host of a radio show and has served as a political analyst on MSNBC.
The event will be held in the Oglesby Union Ballroom on FSU's campus. The doors will open at 1:30 p.m.
