QUINCY, FL (WTXL) - A group of Quincy citizens are taking city government reform into their own hands. The Citizens For A Better Quincy Political Action Committee was created Monday by citizens who feel that their voices need to be heard.
Some members of the committee spoke with Christina Griffiths on Tuesday's 5:30pm news. Emmanuel Sapp spoke with Christina about the committee. You can see the full interview on this page.
The committee is led by former Quincy City Manager and Public Works Director Willie Banks. They say that the group is seeking immediate reform in Quincy city government "that protects the rights of citizens and ensures that elected officials act ethically."
