QUINCY, Fla. (WTXL) - The Quincy Police Department is asking for help identifying the suspect(s) responsible for repeatedly breaking into two Quincy businesses.

Police say that since April of this year, the Badcock Furniture Store at 304 W. Jefferson Street has been broken into 5 times. Items such as flat screen TVs and other electronics have been stolen from the business.

They say there's also been multiple break-ins at the Murphy USA gas station at 1880 Pat Thomas Parkway.

The gas station has been broken into 6 times this year. QPD say unknown suspects have stolen cigarettes and tobacco products.

"If they commit one burglary, they're going to commit more," said Capt. Robert Mixson with the Quincy Police Department. "They're a detriment to the commerial properties as well as the residential properties."

Police say they are certain someone in the community knows is responsible for the crimes.

Anyone with information about these crimes is asked to call Captain Robert Mixson with the QPD CID Unit at (850) 627-0138 or (850) 544-2705. You can also call Crime Stoppers at (850) 574-TIPS.

Police say you could receive a reward if your information leads to an arrest.
