Tallahassee, Fla. (WTXL)-- A motorcycle crash in Gadsden County has claimed the life of a Quincy man. It happened Saturday afternoon around 2:25.
According to the Florida Highway Patrol, Melvin Ray of Quincy was riding his motorcycle along Bainbridge Highway when he crashed into a van.
The 24-year-old was pronounced dead at the scene. Troopers say he was wearing a helmet.
The driver of the van was not injured. Troopers say charges are pending.
